At Apollo Care South Wirral our team always try to go above and beyond and recently Fiona was forced to shield and therefore unable to go to visit our vulnerable clients.
Like all of my team, Fiona is one of the most caring, generous and selfless people we are lucky enough to have and has made this for one of her regular ladies.
This lady used to live in Japan – she has many fond memories and despite her dementia – it is one of the things she still talks about.
Fiona whipped this beauty up (in one day!!) What a wonderful human being she is!
