At Apollo Care we have an amazing team at Head Office who support our Franchise Managers and their teams. It is imperative that our teams are run by the right people, to the best of their ability.
In turn, this will filter down through to our staff members and to our service users. The whole Apollo Care team are working together with the same mission statement, values and beliefs in mind. We thought it would be nice for you to put faces to the names in our Head Office and find out a little about them. So here goes….
Dawn, Franchise Support Manager.
I live in Wirral with my partner Neal and three children Joel, Owen and Charlotte and not forgetting my dog Barney. In my spare time I love reading, travelling and taking Barney for walks. I work hard and the things that drive me most are my children and my family. My role model is my mum, who has always worked hard, is a strong person and has done her absolute best for her family (and still does!).
My role with in the Apollo Care team is in the job title. I support the other members of Head Office team and I also support the team of franchise managers accross Wirral and Liverpool. My role includes almost anything really, from auditing (to make sure teams are compliant), monitoring the individual teams progress, keeping up to date with CQC requirements, assisting the teams in the day to day running of their businesses to networking with other local businesses.
It gives me a great sense of job satisfaction and pride that I am helping people make a real difference to people’s lives. Our aim is to make Apollo Care the most desired care provider in the UK.
