I am writing this about a client of ours who is 105. Marg came to us as a 6 week package from the council when she was discharged from hospital. Marg and her daughter were so impressed with the care she received from us that she soon became a private client with our company.
Marg has touched the hearts of every single person involved in her care. We have all joined together to make this a special day for Marg. The staff go out of their way to assist Marg all the time. Marg cannot speak highly enough about our staff and the care that they provide to her. Marg wanted to remain at home and so together with her daughter and social worker we pulled out all the stops to keep her living in her own home safely.
My staff again what can I say!!! They go back in their own time and check on Marg and she does not want for anything with us all looking after her.
Marg has given her permission for me to write about her and to share her special moment. She was truly delighted with her surprise flowers delivered to her on her birthday and her little visit with a birthday cake from us. This is what being a care Agency is all about providing care to those who need it, putting a smile on their face and making them feel special as Marg truly is a very special lady and we all hold her very dear in our hearts as we do all our clients.
