Working for the NHS open our eyes into the world of care and the increasing need of delivery quality care that fit every patients’ individual needs. However, despite numerous effort and commitment of many clinicians within the NHS, most patient experienced poor quality of care in the community. In many occasions during home visit, patient will relate some of their ordeal which in most cases where unacceptable.
Patrick & Candy Ilonky, a husband and wife who have a common goal to improve the quality of care within Buckinghamshire.
We both worked within the NHS for numbers of years as senior learning disability nurse for Candy and a Specialist Podiatrist for Patrick.
In light to the above reasons we decided to offer an alternative and a better care service, infused with patient centered care: physical comfort & emotional wellbeing are top priorities, patient and family viewpoints valued and respected, patient and family included in decisions, full transparency in line with duty of candour

Apollo Care Buckinghamshire is committed to offer a high quality home care service for people living in Milton Keynes, surrounding villages and towns.
Our care packages are person centered and allow clients to live independently in their home. We provide service starting for 30 minutes a day to 24 hours live in care.

I lived in Newcastle for 10 years before moving to Milton Keynes to complete my degree in Podiatry medicine with the University of Northampton.
I began my professional career working for Buckinghamshire NHS Trust as a specialist podiatrist, where I gained much needed skills and experience in care.
I am passionate about care and always strive to provide the best care for my patient.
I am married and have 4 wonderful kids, I enjoy travelling, reading and sports.
Hello, I’m Candy I live in Milton Keynes with my husband Patrick and I’m a busy mother to my children. I enjoy reading, cooking, walking, and socialising with others. I work hard and the things that drive me the most are my children and family. I have worked in care service in a number of roles which include care assistant, teacher assistant and as a learning disability nurse working in a mental health setting.
I believe those experiences and skills acquired help me to provide holistic individualised care to everyone we provide care service for. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction and pride to be the one helping people make a real difference and a positive impact to people lives.
